One of Turkey's first private rail transportation companies, Ar-Gü began operations in 2003 with the goal of expanding the use of rail in domestic transportation.
Ar-Gü offers combined overland and rail transportation services for domestic shipments with its stations, freight cars and equipment.
Ar-Gü has a broad service network to meet increasing demand by providing all types of transportation for bulk and pallet-shipped goods between its own stations with 620 containers and equipment of various types as well as a total of 501 freight cars, 237 of which are RGS, 124 REGS, 76 H and 34 L.
With stations in Derince, Yenice, Mersin, Gaziantep, Eskişehir, Konya and Erzurum Ar-Gü, serves its customers with combined transportation solutions that employ both rail and overland transport.
It also provides its customers with combined port-to-door and door-to-port combined shipping by transporting import and export containers between ports and its own stations.
In the future, service is expected to begin at the Ankara, Bozüyük and Samsun stations.
